Resolved Question: Helena or Billings, MT?

I currently have job offers in both Helena and Billings, MT. I have never been to the state and am looking for somewhere scenic to live. I know that Billings is a larger city, but I'm not sure that's a real selling point in either direction for me. It looks like geographically that Billings is more prairie than mountainous...is that true?
